Info

What we do

We install backup water rigs at your home, and we deliver water when your tank runs low or the municipal supply is off.

The rigs

A rig is a storage tank with a 1.1kW pump. You can get it in two sizes. Used sparingly during an outage:

the 950 litre rig should last 1 to 4 people 2 to 4 days
the 2050 litre rig should last 1 to 6 people 3 to 5 days

Rigs are on a monthly contract of 12, 24 or 36 months. When the term ends, it carries on month to month, and you give one month's notice to cancel. There's an installation fee and a security deposit. All the prices are on the Our Products page.

Installation

Registered plumbers and electricians install the rigs. We can give you a COC if you need one.

Our water

We purify our water using reverse osmosis and multistage filtration.

Refills and bulk deliveries

If the municipal water is off, we come and fill your rig, or deliver water in bulk. We deliver from our storage facility in Kya Sands, Johannesburg. Delivery is included within 20km of it, and after that it's R 15.00 per kilometre.
